• 7-day pass, with the price of 40 SAR *
• 30-day pass, with the price of 140 SAR *
Children 6 years of age or younger travel for free.
*The bus pass validity starts upon activating the ticket on the bus, or activating the digital ticket on the riyadh bus app. To note, the bus passes expire at the end of the bus operational day.
You can find your bus route by clicking on "Choose your destination" in the home screen and selecting the desired departure and arrival locations or via navigating the interactive map.

You can track the bus arrival time by clicking on the “Bus Tracker” button and selecting the bus route.
For the safety and wellbeing of the passengers and to maintain bus cleanliness, eating or drinking are not permitted on the bus. Any food and drinks you bring on board must be in a closed container that is spill proof.
Yes, there are designated family seats at the front of the bus.

Yes, the buses are equipped with wheelchair ramps, and spaces to accommodate special needs requirements.
Concessions are available for anyone under the age of 18, students, special needs, cancer patients, families of martyrs, and senior citizens (60+ years of age) and they are eligible for a 50% discount on their fare.
To apply you will need to visit the Ticket Sales Office at Ali Bin Abi Taleb Street station, or Khalid Bin Alwaleed Road or Al Kharj Terminal and provide the necessary proof of eligibility (official documentation is required for concession card application).
The Ticket Sales Office is open from 05.30 am to 11.30 pm, seven days a week. Please note that when using a concession, the proof of eligibility should also be carried.

The Dedicated Bus Lane service is one of “riyadh bus” services designed to lessen interaction between buses and other vehicles on the road; through dedicated lanes. The dedicated lanes are marked in red and are accessed only by the dedicated riyadh buses.
The service starts on King Abdulaziz Road and Salahuddin Al Ayubi Road for BRT 11, and on Khalid Bin Alwaleed Road for BRT 13.
You can reach the Dedicated Bus Lane service station by crossing pedestrian bridges that are equipped with stairs and elevators or by using pedestrian crossings. Once you reach the station, you should activate the platform screen doors only when the bus has stopped at the platform and opened its doors.
